At Feel Adriatic Nature, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience.

1. Reservation & Deposit

To secure your booking, a 25% upfront deposit is required at the time of reservation.
This deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your booking at any time.
The 25% deposit will not be refunded.
No additional cancellation fees will be charged beyond the deposit.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled booking without prior notice, the
25% deposit will be retained, with no further charges applied.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
We recommend requesting changes as early as possible to ensure flexibility.
The original deposit remains non-refundable and will be applied to the rescheduled booking where possible.

5. Weather Conditions

As our experiences are nature-based:
In case of unsafe or extreme weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your booking.

6. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel your booking:
You will be offered an alternative date, or a full refund of any payments made.
